Step 1: Scrutinized Paddy Selection
Step 2: Parboiling and Precise Drying
The cleaned paddy then enters the parboiling section, where it undergoes specific conditioning to enhance the rice's taste, aroma, and digestion-friendly qualities. This is immediately followed by a strict drying activity. Your Quality Control team meticulously ensures every grain reaches a specific moisture level, which is critical for an improved shelf life.
Step 3: Hi-Tech Milling and Polishing
The dried grains proceed to the Hi-tech milling process. This advanced step gives the rice grains a polished foundation and a perfect finishing touch. This modern technology is carefully balanced to ensure that the rice retains its high nutritious value while still upholding the desired traditional taste.
Step 4: Hygienic Packaging and Quality Assurance
The completed, high-quality rice is then sent for the final stage: Hygienic Packaging. This entire operation is under keen supervision to confirm the correct quantity and quality. A secure stitch along with a seal is added to the packaging to actively avoid duplication and ensure the integrity of the product that reaches the customer.
